When will I receive my order?

We make each apparel item to order, so your purchase will be shipped within 5-7 business days within the USA. International shipping can take a bit longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally, add in your address upon checkout for specific information on shipping rates. International orders may be subject to VAT or customs fees specific to your country of import. Customers are responsible for clearing these fees at customs to receive their order.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because apparel items are printed on demand, they cannot be returned. Please check our sizing chart before placing your order!

We will consider returns if customers receive damaged items. If you believe your item is damaged please reach out to admin@staciastark.com with your order number and photos of your damaged product and we can help find a resolution.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Track your order and see if you can find updates.  Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise.​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at admin@staciastark.com with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
